Starfleet Commander Uni 2

Starfleet Commander Uni 2 (Universe 2) is actually the third Starfleet Commander universe established (after "Original" and Extreme). It was opened on Monday, August 23, 2010, at approximately 1600 game time. It may be found at http://uni2.playstarfleet.com/

Most of the early population of Universe 2 was formed from existing players in "Original" and/or Extreme. As a result, there are many familiar player and alliance names. Some players and/or alliances, of course, chose to go by different names as well.

At the present time, due to the newness of the Universe, not all details of its existence are known. However, it is known that in Universe 2, mine production uses a different formula than "Original" and Extreme, resulting in a higher production curve. Meanwhile, construction projects and ship speeds are consistent with "Original", and Diplomacy Mode is available.
